Using this website

These pages explain Grow2Max and how to get in touch. You may read them and share a link to them.

You may not copy the design, the writing, or the project images and present them as your own.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form, or emailing support@grow2max.in, starts a conversation. It is not a contract.

A project starts only when both sides agree the scope in writing.

Project work

Each project has its own scope, timeline, and fee. That written agreement controls the work. If these terms and a project agreement differ, the project agreement applies to that work.

We build what we agreed. A change after that is agreed again, including any change to time or fee.

You provide the content, access, and decisions the work needs, in time for the timeline we agreed.

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, copy, and data you give us.

Payment

Fees, and when they are due, are set in the project agreement.

Work can pause if a payment that is due has not arrived.

What you receive

When the agreed fees are paid, you receive the website, software, or other deliverable described in the agreement, for your business to use.

Grow2Max may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless we agree otherwise.

Tools, libraries, and platforms made by other companies stay under their own licences.

Care of the work

We take care to build what we agreed and to explain how to use it.

We do not promise that a website, system, or campaign will produce a particular number of sales, leads, or rankings.

After launch, support is what the agreement describes. New features are new work.

This website

We try to keep this site available and accurate. Pages can change, and a page may be briefly unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Grow2Max is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, that comes from using this website or from a delay outside an agreed project.

A project agreement can set a clearer limit for that project. Nothing here removes a right the law does not allow us to remove.
